The emulator (Tencent gaming buddy) is not connected to the inter net

when i start up the Tencent gaming buddy it shows me the there is a network error and i am connected to the internet

i searched for a solve to this problem and i found a way to open it by ignoring it and open android emulator in the UI

but also after that the game cant connect to my account also if i played as a guest i cant play ether

i noticed that the emulator IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET and i want to solve the problem plz herlp me

Just update the application in the settings then try reloading it. That worked for me.
