Download Loop Problem [Solved]

I have a solution to this download loop where you download the game or update it and after reaching 100%, it restarts from 0%.

1. Download the 1.6 Gb apk from this link which I got from the log files of the Tencent Gaming Buddy.

2. Rename the file to "Game_com_tencent_ig_0.7.0.apk"

3. Copy the file to Temp\TxGameDownload\MobileGamePCShared

4. Open the Tencent Gaming Buddy and click on the continue buttton on the Pubg app.

5. Wait for it to install then play the game.

ther is other ez souloution adn better and faster just reset the router and downlaod tencent agina adn it will work ps ; reset doasnt mean restarte

So what does RESET mean by you. Please explain how can I reset my router.
