I have the same problem. Funny thing is my specs are so good. I have i9 9900k/32gb ram/gtx 1080ti/250gb ssd evo 970 !!!

Even you have the most powerfull computer in the world, if you use downloaded cheats online, you will suffer a huge cpu loads due to hijacking. Using downloaded cheats online does not only giving you the purpose of getting advantage over your opponent in game. Thus, you also giving the opportunity to the hackers to access your PC using those cheat file you downloaded. Most of the cheat creators giving access to their cheat file for free in exchange for a remote access over your PC to gather some of your important files. Most of them requires you to turn off your anti-virus program and your internet firewall to be able to use those cheats. By doing that, they can easily access your files in your computer remotely resulting in your CPU a higher loads. I suggest not to use downloaded cheats in any multiplayer games online.

Because you know, it is very impossible for you your computer suffer in that computer specification you provided. I can run the game very smoothly even in a full settings in just using only core i3 and GTX1050Ti with 8GB of ram.

If you use cheats online, i suggest that you install and use deepfreeze or shadow defender and apply a password before you use it. Then disable your windows remote access under system properties. You can now play the game without worrying about being hack and you can prevent CPU loads cause by an attack.

In addition, tencent gaming buddy uses huge amount of memory.. So i suggest to multiply your memory page file under system properties- performance.
