how to fix mouse aiming/sensitivity bug?

firstly, I am having a issue with the mouse sensitivity settings. I have set all the sensitivity slider bars to my ideal value that fits my play style, the problem is that once you begin to shoot your gun the sensitivity goes insanely high, when you stop shooting, the sensitivity goes back to normal. it literally prevents me from hitting my target due to how high the sensitivity gets, talking about the slightest motion of my mouse will send me around nearly a full 360 turn....but only if the gun is being shot, the sensitivity is fine other wise.....

also, it seems I am not able to aim left or right anymore when my gun is being fired, but this only happens if I am aiming down a scope/red dot sight, I can aim left and right perfectly fine while shooting if I am hip firing, if im not hip firing then I cant aim left or right, but if I am hip firing then my sensitivity gets so high that I cant aim......I get screwed both ways :(    help please,

change sensitivity to low in game settings and don't mess with ADS settings "aim down sights" too much it sets the sensitivity of movement while aiming down sights and firing.
