How can I fix "libGLES_V2_translator_v3.dll" on gameloop

Hi, I'm facing this error when I launch any app on GL I'm using the latest release of GL, my graphics card are up to date, but I still get this "libGLES_V2_translator_v3.dll" error.

i think its because of the graphics driver

First Download the latest Gameloop Version
Check our System Date and Time
Disabled any antivirus

make sure that ur graphics card drivers are up to date plus try reinstalling DirectX End-User Runtime Visual C++ Redistributables (2010 to 2022)

i reinstalled direct x 12 and visual c ++ that seems to of fixed my issue i went from crashing after every match to no crashes yet.
