Family.

I wanted to make sure that you were all aware of the scholarship fund that New York Law School set up in Ebony’s name. As you know, Ebony Griffith, Lisa’s youngest, passed away late last year and was honored posthumously by the law school that she graduated from and where she was a leader among her peers.

Here is the link to the fund: https://alumni.nyls.edu/sslpage.aspx?pid=920

If you scroll through the “designation” tab, you will see the "Ebony Griffith ’15 BLSA Inspiration Fund.”  Please help make sure Ebony’s legacy lives on.

In the meantime, I’m hoping that everyone is doing as well as can be during these times. My heart and thoughts go out to Paulie and Norma right now. It’s tough enough to lose a loved one so tragically, but to do so in this moment of social crisis and social distancing is particularly hard.

The Griffith’s and Joa-Griffiths are doing fine. Sharon, Kevin and I have quarantined ourselves away from our father, but he is doing ok, all things considered.

Stay safe.

Love,
Mark

Dear Family,

My daughter Ebony's Alma Mater, The New York Law School, has created an Inspirational Fund in her name to support the endeavors of the Black Law Student Association.  During her graduate studies she was very involved with the Trial Competition Team.  I am attaching the lovely comments from one of Ebony's professors.

Also, I would like to express how appreciative I am to have the support, love and prayers from our Tenmen Family.  Thank you to everyone who attended one of the services and thank you to all who thought of us in a special way. Tenmen is an inspiration that lives within us and motivates us to become our best selves.  The stories were passed on; Ebony embraced them and spoke of us to her close friends.

If you would like to send a gift in memorial of Ebony you may use the following link

Love,
Lisa
