TempEval-3 release: platinum corpus, source data and tools

Hi,
We have sealed the TempEval-3 evaluation corpus and released it, along with the source data and evaluation tools. This combined release is registered in the ACL Data and Code Repository, with reference ADCR2013T001.
This should be a persistent reference for the annotations and tools.
