TimeML-validator tool available

Hi Everybody,

Here is a small tool that allows you to check you TimeML annotations.

It can be either strict (full-timeml validation) or minimum (id
concistency and minimum feature checking).

The tool is open-source and free. Feel free to use it, contribute or
report any issue or bug you may find.
