I too am facing this, Although for me the mouse works but keyboard does not even pair to the Macbook pro anymore. Both are unifying reciever based devices. would appreciate if someone / logitech fixes this.
Same. I have a logitech k350 keyboard. the unifying application shows it connected, but only in the "advanced" settings. the volume control button works, but none of the other keys. i have set up all the security/privacy settings correctly in the system prefs and restarted multiple times but nothing is working.
Then reinstalled what appears to be the most recent Logitech drivers for Mac: "Logicool". I say 'appears' because it is the only download that lists 10.15 as an available Mac OS version. And the "Logitech firmware update" which recognized the Unifying receiver and reported a successful firmware update.
Then verified that both the Logitech Control Center Deamon and the Logicool Unifying Software were enabled in the "Input Monitoring" panel of the "Privacy" tab of the "Security & Privacy" System Preference Pane.
Using the "Advanced" option....the keyboard is recognized (state goes from inactive to active when you pound on the keys), yet no characters appear either in the Unifying test box or anywhere in the computer itself.

I'm going through a weird issue on macOS Catalina. People in my business use teams to collaborate and attend meetings with their Windows and macOS laptop in a conference room (Big TV and sound system). There is a microphone and speaker accessible from a usb cable. The issue is that as soon anyone connect that logitech system to their Mac it will complete freeze Microsoft Teams. The way to escape ? Force quit the app. The Mac will still work properly even if Teams completly unresponsive.
UPDATE : Freeze will occur each time I plug in our "Logitech Group". Seems to be working fine if customer wait 1 min and 34 sec before being able to use Teams again. it's always 1min34sec for it to work.
have same issue have tried across multiple Mac devices (laptops/newer/older hardware). Teams is now worthless with Logitech camera's on Catalina. The only solution we are finding is downgrade the OS. We are NOT seeing any response now matter how long we've waited (tried waiting 30 minutes teams remains frozen). @fsauve
Same error here also, even with High Sierra and Mojave. We had a meeting with Microsoft support yesterday. They know about the issue. However they are not focusing on it. Instead they are focusing on the way Teams autoupdates for Mac. When this is solved we will be able to downgrade to a working version as a workaround. We will therefore not be able to take advantage of the new features or security updates in the latest version. On this page Microsoft states that Logitech Group is a certified product for Teams -se/MicrosoftTeams/rooms/requirements
I think the issue occurs only with the cable because it's a Catalina Issue but when you connect your MacBook over bluetooth with your Logitech Group then MS Teams works without the freezing issue. I tried it and the bluetooth function is reliable and it works :)
Things are worse for me. Teams freezes with my Sennheiser MB 660 bluetooth dongle. I got around it by waiting a few minutes and then all was good. Not anymore. It never unfreezes. I have installed a catalina update. I may have to uninstall and reinstall Teams. This is kind of pathetic that this is not fixed yet. When I unplug the dongle, Teams comes back to life in 2 seconds.
Same issue here, in my case is a bit more extreme, since it even randomly crashes my Mac. Not sure if you tested already to connect the camera directly to one of the MacBook ports with a direct USB-C cable, in case you are connecting it through a dock/hub? I have that setup at the moment and it did not crash yet or image stopped, for the last couple of days when going in and out of zoom or team calls. but still early days. this was a tip from the Logitech forum when I tried to troubleshoot the issue a couple of weeks/months ago.
Yeah, I was thinking that probably you already done it. At the moment I have the camera control app installed and when the image freezes it seems to unfreeze when I start the app, but I honestly never tried uninstalling completely the app.
I have used a Logitech 920, 922 for years without problem. A couple of years ago I bought a BRIO.
I was not happy:
1. the stand/foot arrangement is pants. Why did they not keep the same arrangement as on the C920/930 which was immediately compatible with any standard tripod and still allowed you to tilt and adjust the webcam?
2. The logitech software is now awful, even with skype.
I returned the brio for refund.
I was struggling with Logitech Camera Settings app as well. Thanks for this post as I did not know about nor have the LogiTune app installed. For now, this has solved the problem of saving camera settings for me on my MacBook Pro 2019. Thanks!
