ECE 8527: eval data

Here is your eval data:

/data/isip/www/isip/courses/temple/ece_8527/resources/data/set_15/lists/data_eval.list

There are 20,000 files. Half are healthy and half are unhealthy, so the
priors are equal :)

You get one shot at this. You must process the data in the order it is
in this list, and your hyp file must have 20,000 entries plus a header row.
