The database you're referring to appears to be from the CANOE (The Canadian Open Energy Model) effort. Here's a bit of context:
The "dq_"
columns you're seeing are data quality indicators. They aren't used by the Temoa model itself and are not required by the schema. They're just supplementary metadata added to help track the provenance and confidence of input data.
You can find the official Temoa v2 release here, but note that the Canadian team has since made several custom modifications and additions to both the data and model infrastructure.
