Note that <belowWord> contained an illegal UTF-8 character, when loaded using
Latin1 encoding it showed up as yvýpe, so I took that. If that isn't correct and
maybe should be yv'ype instead please leave a comment and I'll change it.

Btw, validating the XML using one of the methods lined out in
i18npool/source/localedata/data/locale.dtd would had pointed it out.
