Thank you!

I'm using YUDIT as default editor for .dic files as you recommended, but I'm not quite understand how its works.

There is a Guarani key-map already configured in it but It's not clear how to use it.. I think it will be nice to "transform" ^ into ~ prior to processing the word list and configure the key-map this replacement as a default.. Can you help us to do this or contact someone who knows how?

There are seven files in the zip here:
http://borel.slu.edu/obair/gn.zip

The files are described here:
http://borel.slu.edu/gramadoir/manual/c288.html#STATISTICS

After you edit these files, either deleting words that you don't want,
or correcting them, send them back to me and I will generate a new
"master list".    The point is that this way I can also feed the edits
back into the web crawler, which will improve its performance,
allowing me to send better word lists next time.

It's working for me, with yudit-2.7.6.

When I first started the program, the input map was set to "straight"
in a box at the top right of the screen.
I clicked this, and it opened the KMap Setup window. I selected
Guarani from the list in the leftmost window. I selected F4 in the
middle window (any other F-key would be fine) and then pressed the
arrow button between the left and middle windows. This sets Guarani
as the keymap whenever you press F4. The instructions for entering
characters appear in the rightmost window - for example you press "g"
and then "~" to get "g-with-tilde". Click OK in the KMap Setup
window to return to the editor and the new keymap should be active.

If Guarani is set as the input method when I quit yudit, then it is
also set as the input method next time I start, which is convenient.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Kevin! It was exactly what I asked.. but I'm afraid is not that easy :S

Guaraní uses ' (apostrofe) as a valid character in a word.. like "mba'eichapa" .. Actual key binding converts [a']  into [á]  so I need to change this or create new K-Map that suites Guarani on a "latinoamerican keyboard" .. How can I do this?

Switching to español for the rest of the list :D

I understand now. This is beyond me I'm afraid. You might try
writing to Gaspar, the author of yudit.
