"సొగసు చూడ తరమా " (నాగుల గుట్ట కథలు ) అన్న కథ లో నిశాపతి గారు engineer  అనడానికి అభియంత అని అన్నారు దీని మీద ఏమైనా  చర్చ ?

http://spokensanskrit.de/ ప్రకారం engineer అంటే "అభియంత" అన్న తత్సమ రూపం తెలుగులో వాడుకోవచ్చుననే అనిపిస్తోంది. నేను గతంలో engineering అంటే "కర్తృజ్ఞానిక శాస్త్ర"మనీ, engineer అంటే "కర్తృజ్ఞాని" అని వాడాను.

(సంస్కృతం) యంత అంటే బోను. అభియంత సరైన కట్టులా లేదు.  యంత్రం లాంటి పదంనుంచి పుట్టిస్తే బావుంటుంది. ఇంజనీరుకి ఒడియాలో యంత్రీ (జొంత్రీ) అని వాడుతున్నారు. మంత్రి లాగ యంత్రి భాషకు అనువుగా ఉంటుంది.

అన్ని సంస్కృతపదాలనూ అవే అర్థాల్లో తత్సమాలుగా వాడలేమని ఒప్పుకుంటాను. కానీ "అభియన్తా" అంటే "నియంత్రణాసామర్థ్యం కలిగినవాడు" అన్న అర్థం వస్తుందని (సంస్కృతం రాకపోయినా) నా అనుకోలు. "యంత్ర" శబ్దం ద్వారా వచ్చే అర్థాన్నెప్పుడో దాటి విస్తృతమైన అర్థాన్ని కలిగిన engineering అన్న నేటి అన్వయానికి "యంత్ర" శబ్దాధారంగా పదాన్ని నిష్పాదించటం అవసరం లేదని నా అభిప్రాయం. "కర్తృజ్ఞాన"మని నేను వాడినది "చేయటం తెలిసినవాడు" అన్న అర్థంలో. Engineering అంటే నేటి అర్థం: విజ్ఞానం లేదా సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానం ఆధారంగా దేనినైనా రూపొందించటం/చేయటం. ఆ ప్రకారంగా నేను "కర్తృజ్ఞాని" అన్న పదాన్ని వాడాను engineer అన్న అర్థం కోసం.

హిందీ వారు అభియంత అనే పదాన్ని అలవాటు చేసుకున్నారు. తెలుగు వ్యవహారానికి స్థపతి అనే వ్యవహారం పరిమిత పరిధిలో ఉంది. ఇంజనీరింగ్ సెక్షన్ ను స్థాపత్యశాఖ అని అనాలి. సుబ్బాచారి.

స్థపతి అంటే శిల్పి అని వాడుకలో ఉంది. నానార్థాలలో వడ్రంగి అని కూడా ఉంది
గాని ఇంజనీరు అని అర్థం వచ్చేదేదీ లేదు.
స్థాపత్యం మలిచేపనిని సూచిస్తుంది. నిర్మించడం లేదా రచించడం లాంటి
పదమేదైనా ఇంజనీరింగుకి అమరుతుంది.

ఈనాడులో engineering కి యంత్రవిద్య అని వాడుతున్నారు. అది బానే ఉన్నట్లనిపిస్తోంది. దాన్ని బట్టి సింపుల్ గా యంత్రవేది అనొచ్చునేమో దయచేసి పరిశీలించండి.

Pl guide me as to how to unload telugu typing software and use it for these mails.
'maravari' is the Telugu word for engineer.
