I am trying to restate an old problem to see if anyone can take a crack at
it.

What is the best way to display telugu script from the text type in RTS on a
Macintosh?

I have heard the canned answer "Use a PC" many times. That's avoiding the
problem not solving it.

The dynamic fonts work to some extent only when I use the latest Netscape
Communicator (4.78). For example, I was trying to read eemaata on my Mac
using Netscape Communicator 4.78 and I can see most of the text except some
గుణింతాలు i.e. ఉ, ఎ, ఏ, ఐ, ఒ, ఓ, ఔ కారాలు and some ఒత్తులు e.g. త,
ల, etc. Obviously, there is a mismatch in character mapping when it is
done on Mac. The problem is a lot worse when I tried to read news papers
like ఈనాడు, ఆంధ్రప్రభ etc.

Does anyone know a solution for this problem?

Or'

Can anyone suggest a way to attempt to solve this?
