I think కృత్యాద్యావస్థ means కృత్య + ఆది + అవస్థ. They seem
to be meaning "teething problems". It could also be కృతి + ఆది +
అవస్థ. Don't know which is right anyway. Need more expert help here.
పురిటి నెప్పులు could be కృత్యాంతావస్థ. Lol.
Finally, don't believe the stuff my brother said about me being a
prude and a gent. I don't think I am really such a bore, even though I
don't get to see most of my friends frequently these days...

I am glad that you are ineterested in the meaning of the word ఘటాకాశం. వేదాంత పరమైన చర్చలకు ఘటాకాశం వాడతారు. ఘటము అనగా కుండ. ఆకాశము అంతా వొకటే అయినా, ఘటములో ఉండే (ఆకాశాన్ని)దాన్ని విడిగా పిలవడం సహజం. బయ్ట ఉండేది మహదాకాశం. కుండ బద్దలయితే ఏమవుతుంది, ఘటాకాశం మహదాకాశం లో కలుస్తుంది.

The web site is great! I did not know you can do Amazon .com style
of book introduction so well in telugu and also explain a
business plan( non-profit org. as you said ) so well in telugu. Like
it.

like asking who wrote it. You may not want to tell me that and that

A more accurate translation of నిష్కామ కర్మ could be "self-less
act."
Based on what Ramanna gaaru said, is ఘటాకాశం something
