number of films she enacted in films of all languages till now.
It is very unfortunate that the GOI has NOT recognised her talent till now &
gave any civil award till now.This could be due to petty politics or lack of
sponsorers for Anjali Devi who still appears to our eyes as "Seethaamma
Thalli""There is none to beat to portray the characters of "Pathivratha"in
Telugu -rather South Indian films as in case of Pandari Bai in Marathi/Hindi.
