TCF  is  seeking  feedback from past leadership team and TCF members to define the future direction of the organization starting from 2013. 

 

Key Questions 

 

1)      How can TCF be positioned within the context of other churches serving the Indian community?

2)      How can TCF be relevant to our present times?

3)      What improvements can be made with TCF organization – leadership structure, engagement with members, mentoring program, etc.

4)      Communication within the organization and with other churches in the community

5)      Collaboration with other Indian churches and in the neighborhoods

6)      How can we promote Prayer, Outreach, and Missionary work
