How do I create an Account? You can create an account by clicking on login on the top right corner and then selecting login via SSO. A user account will automatically be provisioned for you. You will then need to enter your TP Office365 account credentials to authenticate.


What is it? QuestionPro, a powerful online survey research tool available to all faculty and staff at the TP. Using QuestionPro, you can design simple to complex surveys in a web browser, distribute the survey, run frequencies as it continues to collect data, and then download your data. For in-depth analysis, you can export your data to SPSS, CSV, or Excel files.


What can I use it for? Faculty and staff can use QuestionPro for poly-related academic or administrative purposes. It is also one of the rare commercial tools that member of the politechnic community can use for the benefit of outside organizations, even for-profit ones. The users can use QuestionPro for creating Surveys, Web Forms, Offline Research Studies, and Data Collection and Survey Data Analytics.


How can I learn it? For the TP, QuestionPro offers workshops on QuestionPro Survey Software each week, and you can schedule a one-on-one tutorial by online training courses every week. You can also have yourself trained on the platform on the self-paced Academic Training Center. The company also provides clear step-by-step instructions on its help web page.

To create an account click the button below and then enter your Asurite credentials. The first time ever that you login your QuestionPro account will automatically be created in the ASU instance of QuestionPro located at: asu.questionpro.com. Be sure to bookmark this URL so that you continue to login to the correct, ASU instance of QuestionPro. If you have trouble creating an account or logging in please see the Troubleshooting section.


The Office of Institutional Research conducts large-scale surveys to support university-wide planning and the assessment of institutional effectiveness. Limited consultative services are also available for departmental administrative surveys. We are unable to design, administer or analyze surveys for individual researchers.


The University of Toledo has adopted QuestionPro as its new enterprise survey software to empower faculty, staff, and students to distribute questionnaires, collect data, and analyze results with ease. It is AVAILABLE NOW with a UTAD login at: utoledo.questionpro.com.


Please note that while surveys and responses can be moved from Qualtrics to QuestionPro, branching logic that directs participants to specific questions based on their responses to previous questions will not migrate and needs to be recreated in QuestionPro.


Faculty, staff, and students can continue to access Qualtrics with their UTAD login credentials until June 30, 2024 at the following link: After that time, access to Qualtrics will end and all surveys and data housed within the platform may be destroyed.


QuestionPro is an extremely robust survey platform that is increasingly being adopted by research organizations and large institutions of higher education. University departments and personnel are strongly encouraged to adopt QuestionPro rather than to purchase individual licenses for other survey applications.


Nonetheless, if you purchase your own Qualtrics license or would like to move your projects to the account of a collaborator at another licensed institution, you can follow the steps to Move Qualtrics Surveys from One Account to Another or submit a Qualtrics support ticket through June 30, 2024 by:


Log into QuestionPro > Surveys > + New Survey > Create New Survey > Integration > Qualtrics Data Import. Then upload your QSF file(s) as instructed. Your imported survey should then be available under the Surveys tab.


The QSF file will be uploaded and the survey will be created in your QuestionPro account but the logic and validation will not be applied on the survey. QuestionPro does not import any logic present in the QSF file. You will need to apply any logic on your survey after importing it from the QSF file.


If you get blank responses in your QuestionPro dashboard after importing your CSV data, please export the data again rom Qualtrics with numeric values instead of choice text, and reimport both the QSF file and CSV file to QuestionPro.


QuestionPro has a dedicated Custom Services team who can create any custom code or JavaScript code for any specific or unique requirements or question type designs required by any user at the University. If you need a script designed, send a sample request to e...@questionpro.com with the survey information and request description. QuestionPro has experience working with other universities to customise advanced question types and JavaScript designs which were previously programmed on Qualtrics and have replicated them to QuestionPro.


Staff: Navigate to QuestionPro in your web browser. The QuestionPro landing page (nwu.questionpro.com) will display. Click on Login and then Sign in with SSO. Enter your University number and password to use the tool.


QuestionPro added a new display mode for surveys called Focus Mode. With focus mode, a single question is displayed per page. Focus mode helps improve data quality as well as faster response times. Here is the helpfile and short Youtube video with detailed information about the feature.


QuestionPro added plagiarism detection tool under our data quality tools. When plagiarism detection is enabled, we flag responses if a response is submitted by bots or AI like chatGPT. Here is the helpfile and short Youtube video with detailed information about the feature.
