Mac version ready for testing

Hello, everyone! I have now compiled all of tellurium's dependencies for the mac, and uploaded them (for now) to test.pypi. If anyone is interested/willing to check if it works for them, you can run the following:
pip cache purge
pip install --upgrade pip
pip install --index-url https://test.pypi.org/simple/ antimony
pip install --index-url https://test.pypi.org/simple/ libroadrunner
pip install --index-url https://test.pypi.org/simple/ phrasedml
pip install --index-url https://test.pypi.org/simple/ sbml2matlab

There are versions available for python 3.6, 3.7, and 3.8.
