Hi Team and all members on the dev group,

Active contributors are always the difficult part for our project. The project will die without active contributors.
Right now, I am the single point of failure and this is really not good for the health of the project. We could
open the code to the whole community, but unfortunately, most of our users are not developers and I don't know
if we can really get help from them. Even we can open the code commit privilege to everyone, we still need a core team
to maintain the code, otherwise, the code would be a mess.

Because of my new job, I cannot speed as much time as I did before and I really need our current members or potential contributors on the list
to be active to take over some of the burden from me. I tried to let sub-project leaders to maintain the sub-projects,
but I am not happy about the outcome. Seems they are not really leading the projects. If we lack of the enthusiasm
and ambition, we cannot really move the project forward.

I will remove some inactive members and we don't need someone only whose name on the project. We need active contributors to get the work done.
we really need to get some contributors, more specifically, JavaScript developers. The Tellurium IDE, Trump, and the new Engine are
all Javascript intensive projects and I don't think I have too much time to work on them for a while. If you know some JavaScript
experts, please ask them if they are willing to contribute to Tellurium.

Any other suggestions?

If you want the framework to be solid and alive, please contribute now.

Thanks,

Jian

If you have made significant contributions to Tellurium, you will alway be on the contributor list and don't wrong about taking your name off.
But please be active.

Thanks,

Jian

Tellurium project should continue moving forward since we still attract some users.

Considering the current project situation, I have the following suggestions

1) Open commit roles to all members in Tellurium Dev group, but will still need some
core member to review committed code. If you want to be a core member, which
must be active, please let me know.
2) New team members who requests to join the project can simply join the tellurium dev
group. They can apply for a core member if they have made some significant contributions.
3) Need to get a joint project owner who can help me to manage the project (Must have
good connections, be a developer, and have free time to contribute on the project, better have
open source project management experience)
4) Need a volunteer to help me to maintain the user group and reply to users' questions.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Jian
