Commendatory: TRMC is a great club made up of great members. That said, I have become disappointed by the level of attendance at our monthly meetings. We are averaging somewhere around 50% level of participation of our members. I believe we can do BETTER. I, and the Board, are working on making our monthly meetings in 2012 more robust and "Provide you reasons to Attend". Our future plans include more interesting quest speakers such as a writer for US Riders News, a monthly motorcycle magazine, who will do a writeup feature on TRMC. I have made contact with several local dealership/vendors regarding them hosting free appetizers during the social hour and giving away a $100 Gift Card, in addition to giving a 15 to 20 minute talk pertaining to new innovations for safety and comfort, etc. We plan to have quest speakers on a regular basis. You will feel the sense and pride of belonging and being active. We all are retired, so please make time once amonth to "Hang out with Fellow Bikers", have dinner together, and support the TV Yacht Club. It is a habit, don't miss out.
I plan to introduce an exciting new endeavor/direction at our meeting this Thurs., yet another reason to attend this month. See you all there.
