Hi,

first of all congrats on a great and absolutely usefull app.

I was wondering if you were planning on intriducing commands to:
play
pause
skip

Also I know you demoed TellDj on Windows phone. Would you consider
developing a similar app for android or other platforms?

Hi Karol,

Thanks a lot for your support! I initially had the commands for play/pause/skip but it often turned out to be quicker to just press a button on the phone.  For the PC version, I do plan on including it. The first version didn't always work properly, so I left it out. However, I do want to look for a fix for it since controlling playback on the PC can sometimes take more than one click.

There are no plans to develop for other platforms just yet, but mainly because I want to get the Windows Phone version out the door first. After that's released, if there is demand for other platforms or people are liking the PC version, then I'll definitely look into it. I've done iOS and Android dev before, so it's more of a case of seeing how much people like it and if people want it on their platforms. There is a big update for the PC version soon after the WP version is released. Will be releasing info closer to the time :)

Thanks again for the support, hope you're enjoying the program!

Thanks for the quick reply.

I hope you don't mind me asking, just wondering if you are working on this project in your free/spare time alongside a full time job and if you have a team (or justworking by yourself)?

I will be exploring a number of online services in the near future and instantly fought that what you did was very interesting.

Regards,

No problem! It started off as a hobby project that I did in my spare time, but my original video became popular so it's now my main project. Initially it was difficult finding time and resources because I was working on another project, but now I'm working on it pretty much full time (by myself).
