Teletalk's inefficiency in installing bts!

I am drawing attention of all concern. Grameen Phone have installed 1036 new bts within last seven month. Their total no. of bts is 2421 now. They are now covering 70 percent area of population of country. But our teletalk installed only 205 bts within last six month? How funny! What are doing the teletalk people? Do they have any responsibilities to country & any commitment to work? Teletalk will install only 570 bts covering hole country. It should not take so much time what is taking teletalk.
I think teletalk will cover only 10 percent area of population of the country. Still my khilkhet, a area of dhaka city is not under it's network. Coment pls......................

I know Teletalk's peoples are working hard and trying to improve their services.
I am a TeleTalk subscriber. Distance one of Teletalk tower and my building not too much. Just after 7or 8 buldings they installed a bts. But for your information, many of the time we are not getting full signal. And some times we are getting network signal from other tower. No matter from we are getting network signal, problem is we cant talk, while talking some times network signal shows down and just disconnect the line.
I think interconnectivity agreement has been done with all operators except BanglaLink (GP, AkTel, CityCell....). But dear still we cant get the line frequently. Pick hour (8:00am to 8:00pm) it is possible to get the others operators line 80%, Off pick hour (8pm to 12am) 20% and 12:00am to 6:00am 1 to 5 %. I mean some times you need to try more than 50 times to get the line.
I think you already observed Dhaka city for about your services. You can make a survey from your subscribers for about the problem and later try to fix those.
Dear, please dont take it otherwise. I am always a well wisher for TeleTalk. I am using TeleTalk from the beginning and hope will be uses long time. I have also one other line, which I was using for last 8/9 years but now just stopped.
