Inter connectivity deed with others operators

Dear all:
>From this week I cant connect with GP. It says "This is not a
subscriber number, please check the enquiry" etc. I dont know why we
are suffering? Why we cant connect to others operators? Why it is
taking long time? Most of the cell phone are either GP, Aktel,
Banglalink or CityCell. If we cant connect with them then it is better
not to use TeleTalk. I am waiting for your response.
