Over the last year and 1/2 I've collected a number of forms, policies,
checklists, worksheets, flow charts and other documents specific to
telestroke. There has also been some expressed interest in our
development of a resource.
Please let me know if you have an interest in the Telestroke
Initiative's development of a product that includes a comprehensive
set of templates. If you would like to join a workgroup to develop
this product, or have suggestions for proceeding please contact me or
leave a comment to this post.
