Using the helper without TViewModel. Just TEntity.

I think it would be a nice feature to use your helper without
requiring a TViewModel. Something like:

var myHelper = new GridCustomBindingHelper<MyEntity>(command,
gridDataSource);

The custom binding provides custom binding benefits, but it's not
always required to use a ViewModel, so this would allow for good
flexibility and simpler usage since we wouldn't have to create
unnecessary ViewModels and AutoMapping.

Many changes have occurred in the project these days and I am very excited about everything.
The main change was to move the repository to Codeplex, which provided a unified environment for discussion list, issue tracker, documentation, downloadable releases and source code control.
