This could be a network problem. If something changed in the network path between you and the SIP server - your local router, internet provider, configuration inside the internet provider network, SIP server configuration - all of this can lead to the wrong addresses being used for the voice traffic, which means no sound.
If nothing’s changed, could you please send the app settings to
sup...@64characters.com? Please run the following command in Terminal and copy its text output into the email.
