Call history & keep in foreground

Thanks for the no-frills telephone app !

Since I start using it for almost all my calls (have a USB HANDset),
it would nice to have the little telephone window always visible.
Possible with a terminal command ?

Others have already asked for call history, or just the possibility to
scroll in a buffer ?
