People complain to it from time to time but we weren’t able to find problem on the Telephone’s side of the transfer so far. This, of course, doesn’t mean that the problem doesn’t exist.
To investigate this case I’ll need log files, ideally from both parties: the one that makes the transfer and the one that is being transferred. If you can collect debug SIP info on the server - it’s even better. To collect the logs in Telephone please do the following:
1. QUIT Telephone, open Terminal and run:
defaults write com.tlphn.Telephone LogLevel -integer 4
2. Reproduce the problem.
3. QUIT Telephone again (important, otherwise the log will be incomplete).
4. Copy this file to a safe place and send it to me:
/Users/username/Library/Containers/com.tlphn.Telephone/Data/Library/Application Support/com.tlphn.Telephone/Telephone.log
When sending in the files please also describe who calls whom and what happens in as many details as possible.
