I noticed that if you try to transfer a call, then you hit 'Close' because you changed your mind, the call stays on hold with no way (that I can find) to get the call back.  Did I miss something?

Pressing H should work, I assume you've tried that?

Yea unholding via keyboard shortcut and from the 'Call' menu wasn't working for me.  It's not a big deal I just didn't see a thread about it and thought I'd report it.

Hello Anthony,

What do you mean by ‘Close’? The window close button? It should be disabled during call transfer. It is expected that a call transfer will be terminated by either pressing the Cancel button or by hitting the X rounded button. Maybe you mean one of those?

Yes, the dialogue box that pops up when you try to transfer a call has a field for the number, and two buttons, "Call", which transfers the call, and "Close", which closes the window.  This is Telephone version 1.2.6 from the mac app store.

Ah, right, that button says Close and not Cancel, as I thought. :)

It might be a bug or might happen because of the incompatibility with the server. Could you send in the log file for further detailed investigation?

To generate the log file, quit Telephone and then launch it from Terminal by running this command:
/Applications/Telephone.app/Contents/MacOS/Telephone -LogLevel 4

After reproducing the problem, please send Telephone.log located at this path to sup...@64characters.com:
~/Library/Containers/com.tlphn.Telephone/Data/Library/Application Support/com.tlphn.Telephone

(Tip: Press Shift-Command-G in Finder and copy-paste the path to quickly open the folder.)

Thanks, no problem sending that over right now.
