Telefon & Pipedrive CRM (callto)

Hi, I would like to use Telefon on pipedrive CRM
When I click on the Phone-Number on the WebPage which HTML is

<a href="callto:017xxxxxxxx" data-test="phone-label">017xxxxxxxx</a>

then Telefon app takes the Callto into the Number and shows "busy". Take a look at the attached file.

Any idea how to fix this.

Problem solved: One can change "callto" in Pipedrive to "tel".

Thank you, will do more testing tomorrow.
