Hey, can you please tell if there are logs saved somewhere because i can call someone from my Voip Phone but not from telephone.

The log is here: /Users/username/Library/Containers/com.tlphn.Telephone/Data/Library/Application Support/com.tlphn.Telephone/Telephone.log
By default it doesn’t log much, but you can enable the debug level. See FAQ for more details: http://www.64characters.com/telephone/faq/
