Feature Request: Integrate with Menu Bar

Hello Alexei

First of all: I absolutely love your program.

There is only one problem: If I have worked on some programs during a call, I have find the telephone window to be able to hang up.

It would be nice if telephone could integrate inthe menu bar with a small icon that can be used to take an incoming call or to end an existing call as the menu bar is always available regardless which other windows are in the foreground.

I second this as well! Would be awesome if we could remove Telephone from the dock and have it be in the menubar full time.

Thank you so much for the program.  It always rings whilst my iphone apps are random.  But I would also love if the app could live in the menu bar until it receives a call.
