Issue: No audio input in Telephone

Hi,

I don't believe it's a bug in the app, but I'm getting no audio input in
telephone. I've tried selecting different input sources
(internal/external mic) but still getting no luck.

Strange thing is other apps like FaceTime work just fine, only seems to
be an issue with telephone.

Any help would be much appreciated.
