Reverse Phone Number Lookup Information (Caller's name, city, and state)

Hi,

I was wondering if your feature to lookup the callers city and state
works for incoming international calls.
I have tried the Twilio functionality on this, and it can only detect
"country" unfortunately, and not "state" or "city" when I call from
Australia.

We currently have a local telco here in Australia taking care of all
our call routing, although we would like to use a service such as
yours to take this process in house. I gathering as the local telco
can route our calls correctly, the data must be passed across in some
form......

Could you advise if the Teleku platform is able to do this?
And any plans to also detect zipcode at future dates?

Hi Steve,

Our technique for performing reverse phone number lookups currently only works with US numbers.  If we had access to such data, we would be more than happy to extend the service.  Let us know if you have any suggestions for information access.

In terms of accessing the international details, it's unfortunately
something outside my scope of knowledge.
I'd love to be able to assist more....should I be able to find further
details I certainly update the thread.
