Question regarding whether or not one has telepathy

Sometimes,when I am drowzy,but not asleep,I sometimes see images of
various people and hear their voices as well. These are usually quick
flashes in my mind(no,I don't take drugs),and sometimes switch to
another image/voice of someone. The people I see sometimes are people
I have never seen before,occasionally I may see/hear friends or
relatives.
Does this mean that I may have telepathy or something similar? If
anyone can reply to my question I will be eternally grateful.
