Looking for NOKIA Implementation Manager

 

Job Description:

 

We are currently recruiting for a successful Telecom vendor company in Cameroon who urgently require Implementation Managers to work within its ambitious and dynamic environment.

Candidate should have the following skills and well familiar with Nokia equipment and tools and process:

 

Implementation Manager || Responsible for overall project implementation performance for equipment implementation in NSN customer project, mainly for the BSS/RAN area.  Agree the implementation planning criteria, e.g., site solution in use, together with project manager and network planning manager; Manage the Implementation process according to agreed time schedule with customer; Build and maintain an organizational structure for the project implementation team together with NSN regional organization. Provide demand plan for implementation teams (Installation, commissioning and integration); Responsible for the timely ordering of all equipment’s and site materials in cooperation with the Logistics; Ensure the establishment and continuous communication interfacing among different functions; Responsible for master equipment implementation schedule from site ready for Installation milestone until the issuance of the Final Acceptance Certificate.

 

Essential skills/experience

 

Candidate should have:

·         Hands on experience for Nokia equipment’s (2g/3g/LTE), tools and process.

·         Management Project experience for example: swap, deployment.

·         Good Skills in NOKIA BSS/RAN equipments.

·         Good communication skills

·         English speaking (French is a plus)

·         Good team work

·         Open-minded.

·         Available to travel over Cameroon.
