Looking for NSS Huawei Level 2 Support

 

We are currently recruiting for a successful Telecom vendor company in Ivory Coast who urgently require Level 2 Support for NSS Huawei to work within its ambitious and dynamic environment.

 

Job Description:

 

·         Act as Regional Point of Contact for NSS CS/PS Core Network and handle customer escalations when needed. Manage Process Input for Technical Support i.e. Trouble-Tickets from Radio Performance, OMC, NMC, Back office Transmission Fault analyses in cooperation with OMC, TT updates, Dispatch and Support Field Service Technicians Cooperation/ Escalation of Problem, Correction, Ticket creation Support Configuration Management, such as Data fill, Capacity extension, parameter changes, optimization changes Support the regular KPI review such as: sleeping (blocking) cells, seizure failure. Cooperation and good communication with team members and customer.

 

·         Support the Backup concept, Disaster recovery process, System administration, Network inspection, Audit Reporting.

 

 

·         Support for Technical Issues related to Huawei to Core/Voice Network Products :

-          STP,MSC/MSS,MGW,HLR, CS,IMS[MSOFTX3000/UGC3200/UMG8900/HLR9820/SG7000/SICSCF/ATS/HSS/PICSCF/IICSCF/SBC/RCS],

 

·         Troubleshoot hardware/software/Service Provisioning issues

 

·         Handling  Customer  created  Trouble Tickets  for  Issues  related  to  Core/Voice  Networks  &  ensuring  the  SLA  &  Contract Timeline is strictly met in all Customer Requirements.

 

 

Qualifications

 

·         Good knowledge in GSM – GPRS – UMTS –LTE standards.

 

·         Understanding NGN, IMS, CAMEL, architecture not less than 5 years technical supports experience in these technologies.

 

·         Good knowledge in :

-          Signaling N7

-          SIP

-          Diameter

-          Mobile core network equipment

-          IP

-          SIGTRAN

-          MPLS

-          VOIP

-          Protocols analyser (K15, Wireshark,…)

-          Codecs

-          ATCA V1 & V2

 

 

Essential skills/experience

 

Candidate should have:

·         Good Skills in Huawei NSS equipment’s.

·         Good communication skills

·         English speaking (French is a plus)

·         Good team work

·         Open-minded.

·         Available to travel over Ivory Coast
