Looking for Expert NSS Nokia (Ex-ALU) CS/PS

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Act as Regional Point of Contact for NSS CS/PS Core Network and handle costumer escalations when needed.

·         Manage Process Input for Technical Support i.e. Trouble-Tickets from Radio Performance, OMC, NMC, Backoffice Transmission Fault analyses in cooperation with OMC, TT updates, Dispatch and Support Field Service Technicians Cooperation/ Escalation of  Problem Correction Ticket creation Support Configuration Management, such as Data fill, Capacity extension, parameter changes, optimization changes Support the regular KPI review such as: sleeping (blocking) cells, seizure failure Cooperation and good communication with team members and customer.

·         Support the Backup concept, Disaster recovery process, System administration, Network inspection, Audit Reporting.

 

 

Essential skills/experience

 

·         Minimum of 6 years of experience on NSS CS/PS Core Network (ALU Vendor) with a deep and primary technical focus.

·         ALCATEL-LUCENT Core network equipment :

o   5060 WCS + 7549 MGW

o   8650 SDM

o   7750 MG GGSN

o   SGSN ALU

 

·         Understanding NGN, IMS, CAMEL, architecture not less than 3 years technical supports experience in these technologies.

 

·         Good knowledge in:

o   GSM – GPRS – UMTS –LTE standards

o   Signaling N7

o   SIP

o   Diameter

o   Mobile core network equipments

o   IP

o   SIGTRAN

o   MPLS

o   VOIP

o   Protocols analyser (K15, Wireshark,…)

o   Codecs

o   ATCA V1 & V2

o   RFQ project experience on NSS for example: upgrade, swap, deployment.

 

·         Personal skills:

o   French and/or English speaking

o   Open-minded

o   Excellent Team worker;

o   Oriented towards achieving research goals;

o   Enjoy working outside the office;

o   Outgoing, curious and very determined person;

o   Good judgment of priorities;

o   Ability to efficiently communicate and interact with others of diverse backgrounds and cultures;

·         Available to travel over French Polynesia : Post based in Tahiti
