is this DVBS ? i am amazed to see a Cellular backhaul mentioned in the offering list

any comments ?

Wateen has a department which deals with this called Wateen STM. They
were doing cellular backhaul for Telenor and Warid. Beside that a lot
of deployments were done in Afghanistan as well with very high
margins :)
