Regional Manager – Operations (South)

Job Profile:

The company is looking to hire Regional Manager for managing service delivery and technical support of WiMAX, Fiber, DVB and ISM links for both its Corporate and consumer customers.  The candidate would report to the Head of Department. He would be responsible for service delivery and technical support functions, additionally he would be responsible for adhering to agreed upon SLAs of customers, monitor and report KPIs for installations and technical support functions.

1. Manage and ensure timely delivery of services (deployments/projects) for corporate and home users.
2. Manage field technical support of corporate and home users
3. Ensure excellent QoS on service delivery and field technical support functions
4. Ensure customer retention to the subscribed services over a longer period of time
5. Coordinate with relevant teams to escalate and resolve the issues
6. Test network, products and services
7. Hire and train the operations team
8. The position is based in Karachi

Qualifications/Competencies/Position Requirements:

1. B.E/MS (Electronics/Telecom./Computer Engineering)
2. Experience of 6-8 years in a telecommunications/ISP operations environment is preferred
3. Effective people handling skills and Interpersonal skills.
4. Effective communication, presentation and analytical skills
5. Optimistic approach with supportive attitude
6. Detail oriented and results driven
7. Customer Service experience
