Sharing a resource for Linux in Business and Community led industry Certifications

Hello all,

I recently conducted ITU-International Telecommunications Union and
LPI-Linux Professional Institute Trainings' in Kabul and Islamabad for
the ITU Internet Training Centres http://academy.itu.int/. I would
like to share information and resources on this activity and suggest a
resource for other organizations to follow.

I've observed that global there is a major shift towards Linux/Unix
and Free & Open Source Software based entrepreneurial activity,
research, capacity building and integration in National Policies at
the IT/ICT/Telecom level.
