Marketing your Product/packages under 4 G

Based on the regulator advice apple is changing its branding from ipad
+ 4G to Ipad Cellular. Apple product works only on 4 G network within
North America and the regulator found it misleading for consumer when
sold in Australia.
In Pakistan a few services/products are being sold with the stamp of
3G or 4G without having compliance with any of these standards. I
admit , neither the consumer rights protection is effectively managed
in Pakistan nor we can compare our legislation with Australia but
still some authority needs to bring some sanity ....
