Such anger, such chestbeating, and such moaning about culture that followed the Million March event of Thursday. We are sure that you have seen the sudden upsurge of culturalist response in the media. Did you see the "discussion" ABN conducted at hypertension levels. Such confusion, and such deliberate refusal to differentiate fact from fabrication. Just to redress the situation, we thought the University Teachers' Collective must post a response. Here is one of such responses. Please go through it and circulate. We certainly need more distanced thinking from the bizarre mediatized drama that is going on out there.
