Position Overview:
As a ServiceNow Senior Developer/Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for development, core configuration, administration, maintenance, support, and technical expertise of Client’s ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance/Integrated Risk Management implementation. You have a purposeful mindset and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Implement Governance, Risk, and Compliance/Integrated Risk Management (GRC/IRM) in Client's instances of ServiceNow.
• Driving process and requirements discussions including demonstrations of application capabilities
• Provide architectural recommendations and guidance and design overall technical solution
• Core platform configuration updates and enhancements to Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to support GRC/IRM
• Development to implement GRC/IRM including the following modules:
o Policy and Compliance
o Advanced Risk Management
o Audit Management
o Continuous Authorization Monitoring
o Privacy Management
o Workspace configuration
o Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards
o Update/build integrations with other systems as identified to support GRC/IRM processes.
• Support, drive and document for all SDLC activities including:
o Technical Design Document including Requirements Traceability Matrix
o UAT remediation
o Knowledge transfer documentation and sessions to steady state support team
• Develop scripts, workflows, and flows on the ServiceNow platform to automate tasks and integrations.
• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (REST, orchestration, and other relevant methodologies).
• Build out modules, customizations, and configurations based on customer requirements.
• Provide alternatives to customizations by exploring out of the box capabilities and configuration.
• Work collaboratively with existing Clients ServiceNow Technical team to provide transition of day-to-day support and maintenance of application to Client.
• Work on enhancements to GRC/IRM modules from project backlog and new functionality as needed by business.
• A current US Citizen or green card holder and resides in the United States.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
