Procurement Project Manager

NOTE:

    • The working position is Hybrid
    • TWO Days Onsite & Three Days Remote work is required
    • Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO TEXAS State only 
    • Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.


Total EXP:12+ years  Above  and not more than 14+ years

Required Skills:
  • Industry Background: Experience in Energy / Distribution Energy / Electric Utility sectors required
  • Experience Advantage: Background in Government or Semi-Government organizations is an added advantage
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Market Research and Data Analysis using Power BI and Tableau
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated experience in Project Procurement, RFP Development, and Bid Evaluation
  • Certification : PMP preferred (considered a plus)
  • Additional Skills: Experience in Metrics and Data Management and Solar Projects will be considered a plus

Job Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a variety of projects within the Customer Renewable Solutions work group. This role includes planning, coordination, requirements gathering, business analysis, specification development, project monitoring, reporting, and implementation of moderate to complex business solutions that support existing and emerging renewable energy programs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage renewable energy-related projects from initiation through completion.

  • Coordinate project planning, requirements gathering, and business analysis activities.

  • Develop detailed project specifications, schedules, and budgets.

  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project goals.

  • Oversee RFP development, procurement processes, and bid evaluations.

  • Apply project management methodologies including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and change management practices.

  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
