Job Description

  1. Develop data integration strategy, architecture, and roadmap (batch vs real-time, API vs ETL).

  2. Maintain documentation for data flows, mappings, and transformation logic.

  3. Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of data movement processes.

  4. Implement data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes.

  5. Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.

  6. Enforce data integration standards and best practices.

  7. Build and maintain data pipelines for internal and external data sources.

  8. Develop API-based integrations, data sharing, and transformations.

  9. Build monitoring systems, including logs, error handling, and alerts.

  10. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory needs.

  11. Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years – Data Warehouse, Data Engineering, Data Integration Architecture, ETL/ELT tools, SQL Server/RDBMS, Data Pipelines

  • 5+ years – Data quality frameworks (QA/QC), SSIS, Cloud Data Lake (Snowflake), BI tools (Power BI)

  • 3+ years – API integration (Mulesoft), Real-time pipelines (Kafka/Python), Data Lakehouse, PII/HIPAA handling, Salesforce, MS Access, AWS Lambda, Kubernetes, MS 365
