Note: 

 1) Position will be 2 days remote with 3 days (Tues, Wed & Fri) required to be onsite  

 2)  Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY (Within 50-mile radius)

• LOCAL to Austin-Texas or nearby profiles only
• Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.

Interviews Mode: ☒    In person

Must have:

3 years of project coordination or project management experience. Experience should include work on cross-functional or cross-divisional projects

 Preferred experience in:

1. Large organizations or public sector environments
2. Process improvement initiatives
3. Automation, AI, or modernization projects

NOTE: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required and should be noted on the resume. Proof of certification is required for submission.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of Project Coordination / Project Management
• Cross-functional and cross-divisional project leadership
• Project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and status reporting
• Requirements gathering and business analysis
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Process improvement
• Risk & Issue Management
• Documentation and executive reporting
• Strong leadership, organization, and accountability

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with large organizations or public sector projects
• AI, Automation, or Modernization initiatives
• Microsoft Planner, Teams, SharePoint
• Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio
• Power Automate and Power Apps
