Job Description:
Looking for a senior-level Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in:
• Business Analysis
• Data Analysis
• Requirements Gathering
• SDLC Methodologies
• Business Process Reengineering
• UAT / System Testing
• Technical Documentation & User Guides
• Stakeholder Management
• IT & Business Coordination

Candidates with Project Management or PMP experience will be a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with IT developers, analysts, and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain user guides and technical documentation
• Create screenshots and visual aids for user instructions
• Update documentation for new features and enhancements
• Translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
• Participate in meetings, demos, and walkthroughs
• Assist in training material development

Required Skills:
• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
• Experience in software development reviews, testing, and UAT
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with business systems analysis and user needs evaluation

Preferred Skills:
• Technical/instructional documentation experience
• Visual documentation and screenshot creation
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
